SIZING GUIDE

  • First determine which type of waist bead you would like. We sell three types: elastic, clasp, and tie on.

  • Decide where you want your waist beads to lay

  • Use a cloth tape measure for accuracy

  • DO NOT SUCK IN YOUR STOMACH

  • Stand up straight, hold the tape measure behind you, and bring it around your waist to meet at your navel. It should fit comfortably around your torso without digging into your skin or being too loose.

  • Read the tape. Look at the place on the tape where the zero end meets the other end of the tape measure. The location of this meeting point is your waist measurement.

  • Measure once more for accuracy

  • Elastic waist beads generally have about 8-10 inches of extra stretch to them. If you fall between 29-38 inch measurements, then elastic waist beads will work for you.

  • Clasp waist beads will be snug and do not give any stretch, so you must be absolutely sure on your size when purchasing.

  • Tie-on waist beads are generally a lot longer than the size you need. You will determine the size and where you want to tie them when you have them on hand. Also, tie-on waist beads are more permanent, as you cannot simply remove them daily as you can a clasp or elastic waist bead.

*Bonus Tip* You can choose several different places to wear your waist beads. An example would be right at the bikini line, right across the navel, and the area between them both.
